Not a DD 13 , the 15. With the 13 the same truck could be made shorter. Never enough.

Fangio, SK (schwere klasse) come in october 1987 , this is NG (neue generation) came on market in 1973 and war produced till 1988 for normal range, 1989 for some special rare trucks) last unit was made in 1996 for export, i think King Q told me , last unit made in South Africa was made in 1998, interesting it is still made by FAP Serbia, and North Benz ( Beiben)

And judging by photo, it looks like it is 10years younger than other two

here we have 1963 Mercedes LP series, look at engine tunnel,

compare that with 2010 kenworth K108 (which have entrance height only 3inch lower than european flat floor cabover), it is hard to find photo of engine tunnel, is so huge nobody was able to fit it into picture, it is higher than seats , about 20inch high, at that time you could buy Scania P series with 18inch engine tunel, but entrance in truck is 14-15 inch lower than K108

or you could get MB with 15inch engine tunel, and entrance 12inch lower than K108
judging by this , it is no wonder why american hate cabover

Look at the differences between the Mercedes and the Freightliner COE. The roof tops are at the same level, but the seats in the Mercedes are situated about 20 inch lower. Sitting in that Freighliner must have been a rather claustrophobic affair. No wonder NA drivers didn't like them.

That is a Unimog of course, be it a slightly modified version. Strangely enough they used the "geräteträger" (implement carrier) version, not the extreme all-terrain version.
