Yes, I had seen that video clip too, and wondered why the driver didn't use the diff locks. Looking at the wheels of the Oshkosh, it seems it doesn't have an integrated system to regulate the air pressure. The Tatra's for instance do have such a system (or can have it), so you can change the air pressure from the dashboard. By the way, such a 2-stroke diesel does make a lot of noise, not as pleasant to hear as a 4-stroke in my view.

As you know, I really like Tatra trucks. So for the self-conscious US trucker who wants to use his 2nd amendment rights to the fullest, I have developed this special version of the Tatra 8 x 8.
To make Mr. Daniel very happy, it has air pressure regulation on the wheels, as you can see when you look closely.
