If I had a nickle for every time I wanted to burn a piece of European construction equipment instead of fixing it, I'd need a 2nd bank account in the Caymans. Nothing about it working on it is easy. I can only assume the trucks are designed similar.

well i dont cook but when you cook in house you have device that move smell outside, house is big and when smell goes on such high capacity you have no problems but when smell get into cab interior it is bad thing
i understand your needs based on time you guys spend in cab and different climate require more clothes , and more food..... but my point is based on technical development of trucks -
More manufacturers need to follow the KISS approach:
Keep
It
Simple
Stupid
Sure its amazing what can be accomplished with multiplexing and computers but the reliability is just not there yet IMO. One little nick or some corrosion in a CAN harness and you've got problems.Bean Jr. and spyder7723 Thank this. -
we have no problems in ABS, EBS or anything like this, from time to time you hear someone needed ECAS calibration today heard someone had problem with axle modulator,
AEBS ( crash avoid) works only when truck is fitted with ECAS EBS , without it it is useless and especially not in slippery conditions
since 1996 ECAS works with EBS to decide which wheel have grip , how to adjust airbag pressure to get better grip, EBS combine possibility to distribute braking force to get more equals brake wear and much more, combine that with ESP,
active suspension acts on shock absorbers -
Bean Jr. Thanks this.
