Well, we can have an intelligent discussion about this.

What is it that you don't like? The silver colour? I don't like that either, but there are two other colours, shining piano black, or (plastic) mahogany. For me the latter one is the best compromise.

The instrument panel itself only shows what you need, but it can show you all kind of details if you wish so. That is the modern way of designing instrument panels. Lots of instruments showing normal values do not give you any information. In fact, if you have rows of instruments, you should mount them in such a way that all indicators should point in the same direction when they show normal values, even if that means the instrument itself has to be rotated for that. The reasoning behind this is that you can browse the instruments, without actually reading the values. When an indicator points in another direction than normal, it can be spotted with ease.

But these days computers measure the values, will alarm you if something is wrong, and will show you and record the deviant values. For that, a small digital display is all you need. Even better, it can show you many more values than rows of old type of instruments can, and there are many more values that are measured these days. Look at modern air-plane ####pits, they only have a few instruments and several big computer displays.

A full size suv is built much stronger than ANY minivan. Bigger stronger suspension, drivetrain, frame, brakes, tires, etc etc etc.

I think we were comparing that Cadillac SUV on the picture and similar cars, and the interior size of that car is certainly not bigger.

Absolutely. A full size suv is basically a pick up truck with a different back half.

Actually it can do that, and many of these vans are used for that purpose in Europe. They pull heavy trailers all the time.

Two things. Your idea of heavy and mine are completely different things. In not talking about some single axle trailer with a lawnmower on it.

And 2. Give one piece of evidence of a minivan pulling 5k lbs on a regular basis for ten years. Not two years and shipped off to some third world country, but ten years by the original owner.
