Why do so many Americans hate European trucks?

There focus was to develop weapons and space technologies, Same can be said about Russia.

Russia is a country with long distanses, and roads of all kinds from wide six lane freeways to deep mud. Some roads are so rought that I lost one mirror and other is cracked. We change shoks every year, kingpins every two years.

Bob,Freedom Meritor gearbox,change clutch not crankseal,2 hours with the gearbox being hoisted from above.

Change pads on diskbrakes...........same as on NA trucks/trailers with diskbrakes as they are the same.

 

New Prostars, Fls, etc got the same or better ride. Fairy tail about outstanding Volvo's ride is outdated.
