Must be, at least 90% details and parts on our trucks are developed better and further.
Suspension on cab is controlled by electronics, that makes it really smooth....

someone stated before despite all that you cant change physiscs due wheelbase. And noted frequency

Our 4x2 tractor tend to jump little bit from rear and bring some force forward. this is noticable on old volvo and partly in daf they are soft so it feels like you are on boat on some way when rear jumps and it catch that frequency. It is smooth on front and not unconfortable but you will notice that rear axle jumps and bring some force forward.
Scania makes both 2 and 4 point rear axle suspension, 2 point is extremly umncomfortable worst than on springs but reliable as there is just a few parts. But it shake whole truck and in my opinion cause many problems and it become noisy due all that vibrations.
2 point on rigid trucks is ok especially if you have crane or something back to push it little bit.

Ride quality depends on trailer also, curtainsider trailers are soft and they bend and thereby dont transfer as much forces as box trailer like container chassis. Also depends a lot what kind of load do you have, how it is spread and what do you have below load (ex. Pieces of wood) one of worst cargos for curtansider are steel coils or wire coils.
Also small things can change ride comfor , even plate under fifth wheel, flat one is less comfortable than normal.

Yes indeed, it has been discussed in this thread before. When you look at a video clip of an EU cabover, you will always see the cab move on the frame. I can not remember ever seeing a NA cab move.

That doesn't surprise me. Designing a soft suspension that doesn't make you sea sick, is not easy. A combination of soft springs and good damping is required.

You may think that euro trucks are butt ugly, and I may think that driving around in a brand new truck that looks almost exactly the same as its predecessor from 70 years ago, with huge chrome air filters and big noisy chrome chimneys is preposterous. So what.

Your second argument that US cabovers were rejected by the industry has a lot to do with the way they were build. They were difficult and dangerous to get in to, the suspension was lousy, and so on. These trucks never had anything to do with EU cabovers. They may look similar to the untrained eye, but in reality they have always been very different. So almost any reason you may have had not to build cabovers in the US is not applicable to EU cabovers.
