I think this was a test by Kenworth to see if they could stop production of their NA cabover cab, and just use the DAF cab. The DAF cab is made in great quantities, the Kenworth cab is not. -

It is the previous Euro 6 line that was updated this summer. The price is € 91,900 or $ 107,000. I'm sure it is a discounted price. As fas as I'm aware, all trucks are build on order in Europe. -
That's pretty cheap. A relative bought a tridrive daycab a number of years ago (before the 2007 emission standards) and it was in the $180k range IIRC. I think today you'd be looking at around $200k for that truck because of the regen junk on them (and the exchange rate on the dollar).
