Yes, the web page where I got my information has some mistakes. It shows the 48.792 type shield, so it is certainly a 48 tonne truck. However further on in the text it says it is a 44 tonne truck. The page also claims it is 250 tonne rated, but 350 tonne seems entirely possible as well.

I suppose the cooling will also be for the Renk transmission. As you will know Renk is also part of the MAN group.

Because of tires 315/80r22.5 are limited mostly to 13.4t per axle, not too long time ago they were 12.6t, maybe like 15years ago. So you had 13r22.5 for 13t.
Only few 315/80 5ires can get 16t per axle.
