Two different designs . Our company uses the type on the left.
Found a drawing of the Lopro setup I had talked about.

Normally they chain up front drive axle of each towed tractor (if it is tandem drive) so that it doesn't touch the ground, and pull the axles on the rear drive axle. They also plumb into the service brakes on the towed vehicles from the towing tractor.
KVB Thanks this. -

For dutch plates, probably yes.
Plates stay with vehicle if it changes owner.
In Belgium plates are specific for owner and are transferred from old to new vehicle.Oxbow Thanks this. -
here possible to stay at owner, possible to transfer with vehicle but only within same city/regie 34 different exist. or you can return them to police
-
does anyone know how do they load/unload them? -
Example for dutch license, De Rooy Ginaf 6x4 truck transporter as discussed few pages back
From RDW website:
First registered December 18, 2008
Empty weight 9680kg, official road-ready weight 10050 kg.
October 23, 2017 it was registered the different (last known) owner
Technical inspection expired December 19, 2017
From other website:
Mostly same information, but here also that truck was reported scrapped December 13, 2017.
If you need other (with dutch license), let me know and I'll try to find it.Attached Files:

I've never hauled them, but i have hauled loads of the lo pro saddles (commonly called z saddles in the flat bed community) back to the factory staging area.
While unloading I've seen them setting up new trucks to go out. Only saw them running the electrical line for the temporary light bar on the back unit, no air lines. The axles were also zip tied to the frame rails with ply wood covering the hole in the hub. For brakes i think they just cage them off, can't be 100 percent sure on that but i never saw them running air lines so thats just an assumption.KVB Thanks this. -
They do not load 4 units anymore.
They got busted.....overweight.KVB, Caesar, 98989 and 1 other person Thank this.
