De Rooy, even with the very specialized trucks, needs permits for 4.30 meters overall height to transport the DAF XF's, or other trucks with high cabs.

The new Defender will also be out on 2018, or perhaps 2019. The body of the old Defender was made of aluminium, and it seems teh chassis of the new one will also be made of aluminium. Will be interesting to see the new G wagon next to the new Defender.

That new NA way may be lower, but in Europe you could only pull one tractor unit in that set up because of the length limits.

Any idea about the weight of the 375 without the undercarriage?

BTW C18 was a factory option for Sisu Trucks (Finland)

Oxbow, AModelCat and Cat sdp Thank this.

I think that a fully dressed 375 is around 170,000 lbs., and the counterweight, track frame, stick and bucket add up to around 70,000 lbs., so I would guess that he had around 100,000 lbs. on.

    KVB Thanks this.
