That story is what inspired my band name. It was a hard time, but I poured myself into my music

"Humans are unfaithful by nature, but we are not prepared to understand [this quality] and that is why it is necessary to hide it."

This was the most telling line in the article. I agree with it. We got conditioned to be faithful by modern-day norms and rituals from society and church. I have been unfaithful in every relationship that I've ever been in, and I can't explain it. I just acted on impulses sometimes. Other times, I got very specific needs met that very rarely get met. Maybe that is some form of narcissism but I don't know if I buy that. People think you're automatically supposed to be loyal due to vows or whatever. I think loyalty is earned every single day, and many people don't work to improve their relationships. Now people are too distracted, they're too focused on "building their brand," or they prioritize their social circle more than their partners. That's been the issue I've had with partners over the years. I encourage the to live their lives, but if you can't even make the effort to connect with me deeply and organically, why should I be faithful? Communication and sexual pleasure are the only things that matter in a relationship in my view. When either of those start slipping, the relationship is dying.

This is an easy one, at least for American men.. Women tend to get comfortable.. As a man, you need to keep her respecting you and your time.. Best way to do that is never really commit... Sad but true.. and yes other women are involved.. LOL! Oh the games we play!!

I blame it on deer hunting.
Men go deer hunting to get away from the wives,
During deer season I used go to the bars and meet those wives. :D

I managed a busy oyster bar, back in the day…popular hangout for “girls night out” in San Diego I was in my 20’s. I figured out real quick and long ago what girls night out really meant. About 80% of the women in that place were married and about 80% of those were looking. We called it, “cheat night out” it was pretty sad actually.

    Everybody's got a story.
Some are sad and some are funny. I love to laugh , and I thank you guys here and all over for making me laugh.

Life goes on, and we can't sit around crying about everything. Some of the best jokes are about couples being unfaithful.

Nobody knows what anyone else is or has gone through. Nobody can walk in someone else's shoes.
No matter what life is good and I for one am very grateful to be alive. I am grateful for all of you as well.

Thank You for all you do. It is much more than you know. Stay safe.

Of course, why didn't I think of that?:dontknow: Actually, my friend, on a vacation to FL. one year, we were a bit early for our condo, so we stayed a night in Flagler Beach. Nice place, right on the beach, so when we got to our condo they asked where we stayed, we said, "oh, up the coast at Flagler Beach", all the eyebrows went up. I think a bottle hit the floor. APPARENTLY, unbeknownst to us, Flagler Beach is a well known nudist colony:biggrin_25521:. Not by us, anyway, and no indication of such shenanigans. Besides, I heard, it's not super models, more like a bunch of saggy baggy elephants,,,no thanks.:pukeleft:
