Why do unions have starting pay rate?

I'm assuming you're commenting on the reply that I made on another thread, did you read the part where I said that "like all union jobs, they have a starting pay rate". That 24.52 or whatever you're " lol" is about is top rate.

Like I was so post to read every thing you may have written . Was referring to the exact example in this thread . The 18 to start then 36 top pay. That is half , this human is worth half as much as that human? Thought that type of thinking was to died years ago...
