I'm with @HotH2o , I have a really hard time believing anyone who says they never do.
I do quite often, not by much but exceeding it is exceeding it. A little bit pregnant is pregnant.

I enjoy Scott's videos but even he is full of it. He posted a video months ago where he admitted to doing 56 in a 55. Might be 1 mph over but it's considered exceeding the speed limit.tinytim, Lepton1 and spyder7723 Thank this. -
