The question was do you 'ever'...

Not intentionally is the same as sometimes which is the same as yes.

I'm with @HotH2o , I have a really hard time believing anyone who says they never do.

I do quite often, not by much but exceeding it is exceeding it. A little bit pregnant is pregnant.

If a person is a literal douchbag then never intentionally does mean yes, you speed. But for the rest of the population with the brain power to understand the English language is not always meant to be taken absolutely literally, it means what it says. That you do everything you can to obey the speed limit but there may be times you have inadvertently exceeded it for any number of reasons. Such as: speedometers are not 100% accurate so white you think you are doing 60 in a 60 you are in fact doing 61. Your speedo was last calibrated when tires were 50% worn and now you have new ones thus throwing your speedo off by 3%. The limit drops from 65 to 35 and you are decelerating as soon as you see that and only down to 38 just as your nose passes that sign. Etc etc

I get what you're saying. My comment was in response to the question asked. Had the question be posed "Do you generally speed" I most likely wouldn't have said anything. In my opinion the only people who can honestly say they've never exceeded the speed limit are those who have never driven.

I enjoy Scott's videos but even he is full of it. He posted a video months ago where he admitted to doing 56 in a 55. Might be 1 mph over but it's considered exceeding the speed limit.
