Why does WA DOT suck so bad?

Born and raised in WA, been asking that question all my life

 

You should be in it when the idiots don't chain. Run that twice a week once each way for over 5 years if signs are up you better chain. The dot guys will roll up one side then the other checking to see if you got them on. That place can get sh_tty in a hurry.

 

Because people there don't know anything but wide open in wa. State

in all my years, i never was actually up in VT, during the winters.

i was told that by a VT terminal driver from a former employer of mine at NEMF, when we'd meet up at either Elizabeth, NJ or Newburgh, NY

yes sir, i was aware of that. i was just mentioning that some states (VT in particular) doesn't even plow at night, when the o/p mentioned about that Washington state DOT not getting a quicker head start on the snowfall.

 

Yes some don't . idaho side of lookout they don't touch often.
