why don't trucks follow the speed limit?

That's only true in the theoretical world. Most of us drive in the real world where it's not that way.

I don't care how fast people drive as long as they do it safely. Space is much more important than speed in being safe IMO.

No... a "super trucker" is someone who tailgates another truck while yelling at them on the CB to get the f*** out of THEIR lane.

That's a pretty egregious straw man, and nonsensical. 12 year olds tend to think "If they can do it, I can."

A rational discussion about "driving" among purported "drivers" appears to be impossible, for some reason.

I run 62 because company governed truck, but id go faster if I could. Why do I care what speed you do, as long as you can control it and not hit me.

And the person driving exactly the speed limit who gets in an accident would have been ahead of the accident had they driven 1 mph faster. It's not like you can predict that by driving at a certain speed you will or won't be at the wrong place 10 hours later.

I find it interestting that if you are going the speed limit in the left lane and some moron that is going above the speed limit seems to think you should move over so they can p[###. It seems the laws do not apply to them except for the one not passing on the right.
