Grab yourself a lawn chair and a bowl of popcorn, and go sit on the grass at your local truck stop and watch the carnage. Especially around 5:00-7:00 PM.

You will learn just how many drivers can't handle their rigs.

After a Uber/Lyft career, trucking will be a vacation. You'll do fine in trucking and will ask yourself why you didn't start years ago.

That was me the other day at Loves. I'd hit a blindside alley backing in at a customer, then couldn't hit the straight line spot worth a flip.

You’ll get used to it. I have a harder time driving my car these days. Used to a Birdseye view. Seems I don’t drive fast enough for everyone, Lol. Used to be a speed demon myself. I still get out of the Truck sometimes and wonder how I drive it. Different perspective behind the wheel. It’s a real thrill in the beginning, in the first snow, and occasionally thereafter. Lol. Be careful, take your time. You’ll adapt quickly.

Hahaha, thanks. Once I start earning $4000 a month, I will buy myself a Ford F-150. No more stupid passengers. One week's pay check for my Ford Lol.

    farmerjohn64 and Rideandrepair Thank this.

Hey, do truck companies allow you to park your vehicle there when you are away trucking for them?
