Why i can't get dedicated account in sc

Hi,

I'm running 48 now,but i don't like it at all cus off money ,I'm ON PIR DIEM PROGRAM and I'm stuck on it until january next year,so I have to find dedicated account in Columbia SC CUS dedicate account not qualified for pir Diem and i live in Columbia SC

I called 800# asking for dedicate ? first time they say (we don't need driver in Columbia, SC)??? after one week they said to me I have to get HAZMAT Endorsement and then they'll Put me in waiting list ??? what's going on with Werner?
