The numbers on the parking stalls at Loves as well as the orange silicone dots that you are starting to see on the ground in front of the stalls at Flying J and Pilots, are not to convert to paid parking.
After conversing with management, those numbers and dots are currently in the test phase for their on line apps.
Once completed and the software is fully operational, you will be able to go on your smart phone, open their app, put in a location, click on the available parking button.
Once it's opened up, it will tell you the total number of spaces per truckstop, how many are currently in use, how many are available and which slots are available at that time.
