Why is Swift so bad?

if we knew dat mabe dey wouldnt be so bad

 

They have the rep of a typical "training" company high turnover low pay and many hours waiting on loads and everyone has been screwed by somebody. Once you learn the ropes and get a good DM you can get the expirence and move on or get on one of their dedicated accts and be happy. Their benefits are not that great but maybe better than nothing

 

Pug, as a student and just learning about the companies, you'll notice the same thing
everyone has something bad to say about them...

One person not liking it doesn't mean you won't, lots of the people that post bad things about the companies like Swift are usually right out of school, and they think driving a truck is going to be sunshine and rainbows, once they get out there and see that it is actually work, they get on here a post things about the company they're driving for, blaming them for it not being what they imagined ....
Some people like Swift, some have been there a long time,
like NWMAXI said, get the lay of the land for a few months (year) and either move on to a different company or get one of their (Swift) better runs ....

The question should be why is swift so good.
You wont get very many good points because
its a starter company. They will use and abuse
you for that 1year apprenticeship.

Unless you can find a smaller company that will
train you out of school, your pretty much at the
mercy of the big boys.Most bigger company's will
treat you like a slave until you get your time in.
