On a worldmap ,if you put Rome behind you and Venice to your left,you are looking at the shore off Croatia with the Adriatic sea between Italy and Croatia.

 

zagreb, google will show you some photos and on map too. about 800.000 population.
926years old, in old part streets are very narrow and basically all space used they dont have any space to stack snow, they dont have snowmelter but load them with backhoes and snowblower to trucks of contractors. new part across river is wider but once you get into residental part it gets narrow as everyone park cars on road, in many places truck cant go.

i'am born in bosnia, in small city, currently 27000 population, surrounded with 7 mountains, heigh 5250-6580ft with harsh weather
