Ok, here goes...cornbread language:

A pilot car comes in here ranting about drivers not listening. If you read the responses by the drivers that have used pilot cars, you will see that most drivers only use pilot cars because the state requires them. And most pilot cars seem to be people who couldn't make the grade at CR England. They can't, or won't do what they are paid for. How would you feel if the state required you to hire someone who is either too lazy or too stupid to work with?

But then you come in

If a registered sex offender wanted to move into the neighborhood, and none of the families in the area wanted him in the area, you would understand why, wouldn't you? But then, some guy that didn't have kids thinks that the problem lies in the the people in the neighborhood pipes up at the next town hall meeting, asking why couldn't they allow this person to live there, how would the neighborhood perceive that person? And when the neighbors point out to this guy that he doesn't have kids and so he doesn't see the dangers, this guy goes on the defensive as if he were wronged

And even gives a comment about freedom of speech...

What kind of person pops off about something that he knows absolutely nothing about? And then when someone mentions that this person jumped into a conversation without any knowledge, without LISTENING, and then goes on the defensive?

And I wonder, why do you do this? Are you the one looking for conflict and drama? If you don't know, ask questions. Nothing wrong with that. No one would have jumped bad with you. I really don't understand...do you seek conflict?

So what you all are saying is that a pilot "car" should be a 3/4 ton or one ton pickup with a utility bed on it with tools and parts and an air compressor to fix items as well as a fuel tank in the bed? That sounds like a pretty sweet setup.

Actually a lot of the huge moves have exactly what you describe following along.

 

Sometimes you run into people who insist on acting as a caricature of all the negative stereotypes about that person. You get a black guy who wants to engage in a life of petty, meaningless crime. A Jew who wants to use money as a weapon. A woman who insists on running her mouth and listening to no one. These people are rarely worth arguing with, or reasoning with, and will always fall back on the victim card, and you will be the racist, or the sexist. Facts don't matter. Might as well try to take a leak up a rope, as the saying goes.
