Why won't these corporations pay $20 per month to give us free wifi?

When do I turn off HD in Netflix? Seems it would be a good idea.

Hover over the HD icon in the player and it will give the option to allow it or not.

As with everything else in life, we tend to take better care of the things we pay for and are responsible for ourselves. "Give" somebody something and many will abuse the hell out of it, ruining it for everybody else. Nothing is EVER free in this world. [Only] those who work and produce pay for all the "free programs for the non-producers" .. directly, indirectly, or otherwise.

In Netflix go to account. There is a link on that page for video quality. I keep mine set to low res unless I'm home. On Hulu it's on the control bar at the bottom of the video.

Like I said I have yet to hit my 20gigs. I just logged on and have only used 8.9gigs in July. I watch Hulu daily and Netflix a couple times a week. Play Xbox and surf the web. All thru my lap top. No issues yet.
