    Me: has 5 months experience 10 speeds and 9 speeds. Usa trucking willing to bring me on no training.

    Brother in law: 9 months experience all with western automatic must train 6 to 8 weeks also only offered 31 cpm vs me 36 cpm.

    Obviously I am young but if you eat right do something other than sit such as working out your knees will hold up there also hydraulic clutches. The companies are the ones to blame not me. I not going with them obviously. 47 cpm with roehl so i am good.

    Seeing as I only use the clutch starting from a stop and again when stopping, these old knees should hold up just fine.
