Why you'll go Bankrupt hauling around $2 a mile loads

Do you have any idea how hard it was to not get the Cowboy Ribeye’s? Times are tough and I got to cut somewhere. While I don’t pay pump price and am extremely fortunate to have well paying long term contract freight with a surcharge that covers my loaded miles and some mty miles, I still don’t feel good about the high cost of fuel long term. There isn’t much anyone of us can really do, but hold on tight and hope it’s a short ride. Until there is absolutely no more good paying freight, I will haul as much of it and save as much as I can for the rainstorm.

 

I'm already hungry. How far do you live from Texas? I can use personal conveyance.

As far as the welder is concerned....it's portable!! This Summer, my wife is coming out with me some, and I'd like to meet some of you guys.

 

I have wings on the smoker and ribs going on in a few
Then a brisket and pork butt tomorrow
Plus a full bar and the misters are up and running
