WI Newbie seeking employment

Hi everyone, I,m new to this site so please bear with me. I am a July 2009 graduate of Chippewa Valley Technical college in Eau claire,WI. I went through their eight week CDL. course which included skid pad and emergency manuevers training. I now have my class A. CDL. which includes Hazmat, tanker, and the doubles/triples endorsements. The trouble is I can't find a driving job anywhere. Everyone wants at least six months of experience and the ones who used to hire recent grads have either closed their advanced training courses(Schneider) or have told me to try next year (werner & swift). I'm afraid if I wait to long they will all say my training is now to old. So any advice would greatly be appreciated. About my past, my driving record is good, the only thing on it was that my lisence was suspended for an unpaid fine that happened back in 1989. It took ten years to show up on the computer. And it was just because my learners permit expired a week before I got my license, thats it. And far as criminal, no felonies, a misdoemenor disorderly conduct back in 1989 and a misdoemenor drug charge baqck in 1997.
