Wiley Sanders Truck lines DAC is a FAILURE!!

1. They pay HHG miles that they still yet skim off the top that to saves them money, which cost you time and MONEY!
2. Their Health Insurance SUCKS and in most cases alone if needed youll go BANKRUPT!! And at a cost of 165.00.
3. Equipment is total JUNK.. I had seen a few new ones popping up when I left, but not many.
4. Miles are around 2100 to 2400. There are exceptions to some maybe one week to another, but this is an Average.
5. Theyll do everything they possibly can to keep you from going home, including loading you through home so you can only stay 20 to 30 hrs every 2 to 3 weeks..
6. Their overall FMCSA Score SUCKS!
7. The shop rarely fixes equipment, which in return messes up YOUR CSA score.
8. Retirement= NONE! They have a 401K that is only a savings acct. Company matches NOTHING!
9. All the LIES, and DISRESPECT you can possibly stand.. Starting with RECRUITING!
10. Their web site is a total pack of lies!! This is why they wont tell you what they pay!
11. You will go broke there!
My over all DAC on this bunch is Simple..... Look around Folks. Everyone has issues with Companies I understand,
but nothing is going to prepare you for this place. If your just starting out with a brand new CDL, the odds arent in your favor to be employable over a year at most based on what I know.
I encourage everyone to check out every prospect Companies FMCSA Score before even considering working for them, along with what matters most to you when it comes to making a living.
FMCSA is real!! And it can put you out of a job and even make you unemployable to anyone. These people will BREAK you..
So as for my personal oppinion and as to what Ive heard from dozens of driver! Wiley Sanders Truck Lines DAC is plain this.. Im not employable to them based on my own knowledge of them.
Everyone should ask the hard questions. Ask them what their Motor Carrier Number is and their Home terminal address and look them up.
You can bet they check you out. Just make sure your not a piece of chewing gum to them, that justs chews you up and spits you OUT for good!

Are you serious?? Hey my Buddy Ron who is still there(For who know how long) told me they added a couple new trucks.. maybe 50 out of 500 or so.. That Bonus yor talking about, he told me thats what started the driver walk out a few months back.. They havent had a raise in 8 yrs.. Everything they tell you is a lie!!! Check out their company website. I quote: No equipment over 18 month old.. Yea right.. How old was the last truck you saw with them?
Look, if your one of those who thinks a new truck is all you need in life and all the BS you can pile on top of that.. Well then youve found a home..
If not, then I can assure you you dont work for these lieing losers.

 

Oh, so you think because "Ron" is used on a website is it!! Really? Attention everyone. If you know Ron.. Hes the only one that has his name on the Wiley Sanders website.. Hes the only individual to ever have this name, so if you know a Ron... Hes a phony!

A bonus after not having a raise in 8 yrs of .015 cents per mile that they have a dozen ways to take it from you is BS, especially with all that junk equipment they have.. Averages out if you get it(Highly unlikely) 2000.00. First violation.. 1000.00 gone plus the 1/4 your in.. So now the best you might possibly do is 750.00 for the next 3 1/4's.. at a loss of 250.00 a quarter.. Its like playing at the casinos there.. THE HOUSE ALWAYS WINS!!!

And I was told by "RON" again that imposter!! That their CSA on drivers was around 68 .. Good! Really? And maintainence was around 73..Good! REALLY! You sound like a employee of this Company... Go ahead, you can tell us.. Folks dont take them lightly.. You will suffer.. I hate to say it, but I can guarantee it.. But dont worry, you dont have to come back here and tell me I told you so.. And remember all those Ron imposters out there..
