Some of these small companies that are 1099 will just pay the driver less to come we the offset of insurance increase

3 months ago was the accident and I got a lawyer to get the suspension removed but the bmv still has it on file. I failed to say that I wasn't cited for following too closely I was cited for not having insurance if that matters. Either way, I was think Schneider would at least give me a chance

No, I apologize I wasn't ticketed for following too closely or failing to yield. I was ticketed for not having insurance. He put a check mark next to failing to yield and following to closely as a contributing factor but I was not ticketed for it. I don't know if that makes it any better though

It may help that you weren't ticketed for the accident but for the insurance... Does the suspension show on record? That can make it more difficult

Yes, the suspension shows on my record for failure to show proof of insurance

Some will but some larger companies that can't bend there rules you know corporate policies can't due to a suspension within last 3 years

This is where I would hope that common sense would prevail... First off, NEVER "assume" another drive is going to do something. If you had the proper amount of car links between the front of you and the rear of them then you would have no problem stopping in time.
