Will anyone hire after violation at inspection?

As always, there could be more to the story than the brief post provided. The OP stated he "got pulled over for a surprise lv. 2 inspection."
I ask myself, what's the real reason he got pulled over? Was he somehow driving in a way that drew the attention to the LEO, or was it purely a random roadside? Did the cop have a hard on to write tickets that day, or did the driver act in a way that provoked the officer? Is it also possible that the police person saw him driving without his safety belt prior to stopping him? Too many questions for me to make an assumption. Also, why was the driver fired over a $300+ fine without any second chances?
