Will anyone hire me with an accident?

The last place I worked at was US Xpress. I had an accident. I bob tailed into Walmart. I was rushing cause I had to pee. I put the truck in neutral and either forgot to set the brake or didn't pull them out all the way. I went into the sleeper to pee and few seconds later I felt the truck shake. I went to see and the truck had rolled into an abandoned car. There was no damage no injury. But I was terminated. USX called it roll away unattended. After I was fired I tried to drive for Uber and Lyft for 4 months didn't like it. So I got hired at Covenant on February 30. It's a good company but I don't like teaming. Like to be solo but it was hard to get a job after the accident so I had to take it.
Every where I apply they say I have to have 6 months safe driving, but If that is the case then why did Covenant hire me.
It will be a year in November. I have 2 months safe driving. But really really want to be solo and do a lease purchase.
