Swift fired me for the same thing years ago. My DM pissed me off while I was at my home terminal. I loaded up all my stuff and went home. I was sitting in orientation at my new job 2 days later.

I've been an advocate of lawsuits lately, and I think you should outsmart these idiots. Send them a CDTA form verifying employment history through a google voice fax number. Have them fax it back. See if they're putting any negative information on there. If it's materially false statements, slam them with a defamation suit. Also, get your DAC report. Debate anything they put on there.

You're fine dude. I was fired for a safety violation one time, and I have an amazing opportunity coming my way if all goes as planned.

Hey thanks. I've been looking at Ruan for a regional gig. I seen some of your posts on the tanker side of things, there's a facility in Adelanto, CA they haul milk and I'm kind of interested. Any info on that facility?

It's probably a union gig, low pay, you'll spend all day pumping off milk at dairies or sitting around at the creamery. Dispatch could give a doo doo about you. I didn't like hauling milk, but if you want tanker experience, you could do it for 6 months and jump ship into petroleum, which is where the real money is. You're down south? You should hit up Williams Tank Lines in Fresno or Bakersfield. Cox Petroleum is also down that way. I'd say, stay away from milk unless you want a rotating 5/2 5/3 schedule, and you want to work 16 hours a day. Ruan uses and abuses a16 hour ag exemption, which means they can put you back on the schedule after 8 hours of clocking out. Also, it's union I think--you're going to be on the extra board. That means, your start time will change daily, and I do mean to the extreme opposite end of the clock twice a week. Not for me at all

I'm in southern California, yeah the 16 hour thing doesn't sound good at all.
