Will my DAC be hurt by applying to several companies?

    I am currently in school at my local Tech college and graduate in late Jan.

    I am already scheduled to attend orientation for Werner trucking after graduation, but have considered applying to other companies as well, and taking the best offer.

    But if I go with another trucking company, I would have to be a no-show for Werner's orientation. Would this hurt my future in the trucking industry?
    Or should I put in as many applications as I can and then take the best offer?

    No, you dont work for them yet if you havent even gone to orientation yet. I went to the 1st day of centrals orientation. Then rented a car and went back home. They cant put n e thing on your dac if you dont work for them. I just got my Dac and there is nothing negative from n e one on it.

    No it won't bother your DAC, apply to all you can and take the best looking offer. Remember the economy is slow right now so a lot of companies won't be hiring anyway. Good luck.
