There has to be a company out there, who is willing to allow the refusal from 15 years ago.My current driving record is spotless, for past three years.I have no accidents, moving violations,or bad driver points,on my insurance.I believe my license number is how any company can track where I have driven,no matter what state I live in.I am trying swift in morning again.Since they have a rep for hiring anyone, and I am a decent, noobie ,driver, and paid for my own license. They are tuff to get a hold of by phone.

The refusal to take the test is the problem, and even if you were exonerated, it is still a refusal, you have to disclose your past and present licenses when hired and the background from MA will still be there.

I don't know about Swift, some smaller companies might take you as long as your schooling is acceptable to them and their insurance. I only road with a trainer for one day but this was in 2004 after I had been driving for awhile, my first employer died after I worked for him for 3 months.

I eventually made it all the way to the east coast and several trips to TN and TX , Chicago and Indy were my usual destinations when I was OTR. That company also no longer exists, but was bought out by another local company that runs OTR.
