    On the International LT, when you turn it to left to either of the last 2 positions, it turns it on recirculate and kicks the fan up.

    Guess you didn't read....
    Straight up "face" is vent
    2 to the left "face/floor" SEE the little AC symbol with it.... that would be AC face/floor
    The one in-between would be face/floor VENT
