Will the shifting get easier with time?

One thing that helped me with shifting was to do it around 1100 rpm and I had to stop pushing the clutch all the way down. I also did a lot of research by watching instructors on youtube that should you how to shift. Theres this one guy on there that really helped. Just type how to shift a tractor trailer in the youtube search bar.
