Warnings do go on your CSA. Honestly, a warning is worse than a ticket because you can't fight it.

Don't apply to only one.You may face this again with your next company and believe me you're not the only one.Next time you need to report your trainer,they'll give you another person.Don't put up with the yelling because its not going to get better if trainer starts doing that it'll only get worse with each day.If that happens you'll need to request another trainer.Sounds like you gave up too easy which you cannot do if you wanna pursue this field.Was this company TMC?

 

Will it destroy your DAC you ask, not in the least as long as what you're telling us is the entire truth and not leaving any important details out.Companies go thru this daily with other applicants they've been thru this rodeo a million times.

 

Doesn't matter if it's an inspection or not. If it's a state trooper, and you're driving a cmv, any written interaction will go on the CSA
