He was in the truck with ne....the police tot may be a truck driver was on phone n wen he pulled me over he saw I was on training so he said am giving u a warning n u dnt need to pay any fine or any action, just comply with the traffic laws next time

No!!!! There is no mechanism for this information to be entered in either your or your companies CSA file except through the MCSAP program. This is a common misconception. If you take the time to research this you will discover ALL data in the CSA system is from MCSAP roadside inspections. MCSAP means motor carrier safety assistance program. This is the governing rule setting up the Federal DOT paying the states for the inspections.

I will also add this bit. Its been my experience that a lot of the jurisdictions around the country don't even report tickets to your home state. I've had tickets from North Carolina and New Mexico that Never showed up on my Georgia DMV records. I do remember a guy that got a warning from Oklahoma DOT for speeding that did show up on his DAC but he admitted to getting a level one inspection as well. I think the violation was noted on the form. I have seen my CSA file. My last ticket was in the fall of 2010. I got in Missouri. In 2011 that ticket was not showing in my CSA.
