    It ain't gonna help. When you have to bow out of a lawsuit because you can no longer afford to pay your lawyers, it's pretty bad.
    However, they most likely set the money aside many years ago when the suit was filed, so it won't be coming out of current revenues.

    Probably gonna hurt them more in the image of the company. I'm sure the cash isn't a problem since they took it from their drivers already.
