Just wondering about current drivers there, scheduled for orientation in Missoula next week, I know they pull in Prime's logistics program, just wanted a review from some drivers, been driving 23 years, just looking to settle in and ride out the next 20.

I thorough investigated them. I spoke with current driver for 3 hours. The company is growing. Working for them is best of both worlds. JP has small company atmosphere but with giant company freight & vendor accounts. Plenty of time to make deliveries, no micromanage of drivers that demonstrate they are dependable. Average length of trip is 1300 miles. The only not-great detail I found are with benefits. The health insurance is a high-deductable Health Savings Account.$86/week single. I currently pay $15/wk for very good comprehensive med, dental, vision.

Well equipped trucks, slow 62mph, but that makes fuel bonus easy to achieve. APUS & inverters, Qualcomm, PrePass & EZPass.

Their insurance is an ObamaCare compliant Health Savings Account (HSA) from Anthem.

Been here two years 70'to 75% is been good but overall not bad company you will get high miles for couple weeks and the. Sometimes they drop off. Dispatchers are mainly young guys no driving experience at all but tend do good job of keeping you moving.

    Holy ####ing ####balls of fire that's horrible

And that's coming from the biggest JP supporter. Go work for them. Perhaps get your own health insurance.. would likely be cheaper.
