Winegard MV 3500T In Motion Problems

I cannot get a signal on my in motion satellite? Have tried the set up many times and no luck. Satellite just spins and spins. Even tried turning off the in motion and trying to obtain a signal manually like I do with camper set up, still no luck. Thinking maybe about taking it to a camper shop to get looked at, but cannot afford the down time. Anybody know anything about this problem?

UPDATE:

I took coax off of LNB and ran a new jumper coax from receiver to the LNB and got a signal manually, question is now that I know it will work by-passing the control box, could it be this box or board giving me trouble? Had a guy tell me so but 600.00 seems to be too high for repair when I can buy a new one for around the same money?
