When I wrote my post I was writing in a form of satire. A form of doing a thousand things to make ready before it became 8:05 am and now necessary to actually settle down and do actual work. But for that 8:02 work, Im too tired now and need a nap until 8:05

 

that portion of ca-78 between Blythe and ca-11 is a good road ? wide enough for sleeper truck and 53 trailer ? have you been on that highway ?

 

Yes its good enough, only its a roller coaster in certain parts. I ran it numerous times.
Years ago it used be only livestock haulers and belly dumps hauling sand knew about it , nowadays I see swiftys and other megas running it.

 

Ugh.

Let's put them on old fancy gap sometime see how they like it. Or better yet the Dragons Tail.

On second thought let's not. Both are banned to trucks.

 

Been on that road many times. There's a border patrol check point and sometimes CHP will be there to do surprise roadside inspections.

They’re all good roads, used to run 78 to Brawley all the time hauling cattle when National Beef was running.
