Thinking about getting a laptop for when I'm on the road. Is it like mobile phone service? I mean just get a provider local that has good coverage in the area's I run? I'm sorta a technological dinosaur so be specific. How much should I expect to pay? Probably wouldn't use over 3-4 hours a week at the max. Thanks guy's.

Yes, wireless iis great, but you need both a good, up to date cell phone and WiFi unit for best communications. Look at the "WiFi is an important tool" thread. LR
