Wiring issue with a 1999 Pete 378

    I have a problem with a 1999 pete 378 .When the key is turned on the radio and engine fan light comes on,but no warning lights or acc relay or engine ecm but starter turns but truck won't crank.

    Acessory relay behind the dash or the fuse on the righthand side of tge fuse box,if you have the old 3 panel dash the relay is behind the small panel on the left mounted to the dash support if the next series dash its behind the panel with the ign switch in it also mounted to the dash structure.there is also a breaker in the fuse panel at the bottom that could be tripped

    All that you mentioned has been checked with no results. When you turn engine fan switch on it will backfeed to the relay 12v. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

    Check the ECM power wires in the battery box. No pre-check lights = no ECM power.
