I have no voltage to the 5 marrker lights in the visor. Fuse is ok . Anyone can tell me the routing of wire under dash to where it exits the roof at visor? Id number and splice locations would be big help.

remind me your e-mail addr, I will send you LCM shematics.

Trace all LCM codes with dashboard computer and post codes here
    Sometimes LCM fuses fail.

Thanks for the diagram. This truck has no capability to read lcm codes I assume because it is 2003 model year. Sure would help to have some idea of routing of wire from fuse block to visor.

Thanks again Pablo. When I get back to the '03 I'll check that out. Meanwhile my '04 is throwing a code mid 128 pid 27 fmi 4. Black smoke and power derated. I assume egr valve needs replaced? Engine is 500 cummins. Also can you explain mid pid and fmi ?

Is there a chart any place with all the Volvo fault codes?

I show MID 128 SID 146 FMI 7, but it doesn't show as active or a date and time.

    On an '07 780 with 530 ISX.

it is ISX EGR issue. Cleare code and if it will appeare againe check EGR system and replace EGR if necessary.

On 871 EGR is CAN controlled, so check wiring first

    Hardlyevr and jlawall Thank this.
