Wolseley Industrial

I got a call today to drive flatbed for Wolseley Industrial out of Washington, Pa. I know they're a part of the Ferguson group and I've done a good bit of research on the company, pay, employee reviews, etc. But I haven't found anything concrete. It's all local runs, all within a 60 - 80 mile radius, the guy said the benefits are very good and people don't leave the company once they get in. I'm just trying to see if anyone knows of how the trucking jobs are there...in other words how is the pay and the hours. Thanks to anyone who can help.
