Eeee, all these posts about how bad Werner is and being a woman too????? Yeah, I got off my trainer's truck after 8 days. No sexual harassment issues. Sleep was his objective. That and eating. Just like a baby, the two basic needs. When sleeping interfered with job performance, professionalism and work ethic I had to go. Really decided to jump ship when I felt unsafe with his driving. Couldn't keep his stuff in his lane. By the end I could shift better than him and drive safer. Hope next one is better.

 

doesnt take much to be able to surpass the skills of some of these trainers.

I've heard better things about tobacco than Werner.

 

I know they are a "starter" company. I have considered going with another one but have found a co-driver with this one. He is a guy I went thru school with. Plus the thought of going thru another orientation and starting over with the training is sickening. I left CRST after some sexual harassement issues among others. 4 days of orientation there. Then over to Werner for another 2 days. Our school pushed students to get pre-hired with Werner. They must get some sort of kick back from them for every student referral.
