Women Training with Women at Maverick

I have been with the company since July. My trainer had a female student a couple of months before I got there. He didn't have any problems, actually he had more respect for her since the field is mostly males. Didn't bother him a bit. I seen 2 other female TCD drivers when i was in Lil Rock 1 1/2 months ago.

I wouldn't take Maverick out of your list, its a great place to work for. Miles have been good in the TCD division.

 

I have heard that flatbedders in general get more respect from the shippers and other drivers because of what they do.....its just what ive heard, not saying anyone is better then anyone else or anything......i am looking to go to school and drive for maverick....

 

I'm also waiting for a trainer in TCD. They said they'd call me in for orientation as soon as they found a trainer,that was before turkey day.The waiting is the hard part.

 

Good things don't come fast and fast things aren't any good.
