Hi guys, I have a freight liner Columbia Detroit 60 series, 14 liter I was having some leaking issue so my engine brake would not work properly and also my truck won’t pick up race when I pressed hard on it and it would make a weird noise and pick up when it wants. So I took it to the mechanic and got the harness fixed. Engine brake is fine now but the picking up race issue is still there any suggestions?
Trying to get all the old rubber mats and old carpets out from underneath the Fuel pedal may help to get full petal travel, but the weird noise sound should have been ck? if the shop test drove it! How is the fuel mileage, if you fill it up write down the mileage and then write down the gal. you put in every time you stop to get fuel in a notebook until you fill up again add gal. put in then you can get a good idea of the fuel mileage it's getting?
I checked the rubber mats; all good there Mileage is okay too. Do you think it could air booster leak as it has weakened my engine brake as well
