Wondering about Schneider home times?

If you want regional, then tell them that and stick to your guns. Don't let them try to push you into something.

 

If they actually honor that promise. Shouldn't be a problem if you live in Wi. I can get home every week if I want, sometimes I get through the house a couple times a week.

 

you're in a good spot.......home time depends largely on if there's any freight to get you there and back out. WI is good.......where I live, in south GA, not so much

 

Recruiters say alot of things "sometimes" they are inaccurate. What really matters is the relationship you establish with your DBL. They are flexible and if done right your home time is whatever you guys decide

 

Regional is either out 5 out 2 home or 12 out 2 home.

There's also slip seating which is 7 on 7 off or 14 on 7 off. I believe this would be in your contract when you're hired, it's not a regional or OTR program.

OTR is a choice of 14 out 2 home, 21 out 3 home or a month out 5 home. These are all also not quite set in stone. But they're very good guidelines of what you can expect.

 

Going into their regional division hope the home time is what they say it is at least close
