I imagine most of them have paid off their debts by now. They just bank most of their checks every week.
Also, a lot of them have taken high paying local jobs, now that they have 366 days experience.
Sorry to say it is now tax time, being in those tax brackets are going to be rough !! -
The end of my 1st year was technically Sept 1st, but for the first full calender year, I was pretty satisfied. I don't have my exact mileage right here, but was approximately 123,000 to maybe 124,000 miles. My W2 was a little over $45K. pretty happy about all so far, hope the miles keep up. So far this year, Jan & Feb are up slightly from my last year, but that can change.

I'm still in my first year and my hubby just hit the 1 year mark. And yes we have paid off a great deal of debt this year due to our pay as drivers. We happen to love our job, our fleet and our company.
Donnyh and doubledragon5 Thank this. -
Who do you work for? -
I went local and enjoy it, but every once in a while I miss that good cup of truckstop coffee and the comraderie.

paid off my pickup, and cleared 31k. Not staying with it but a couple more weeks though. It isn't the life for everyone, but I knew that coming in.
