Work force investment wants their money back what do?

When I did Wia I had to prove I was hireable including getting my medical card before school. How the hell did you pass the physical with a vision problem??? I have a family member that is blind their left eye. They cant get their cdl, but they have a drivers liscense and pass the renewal every year. This person gets up day after day and goes to work, and not once did the words "Im collecting diability" ever cross their lips.

I have another friend who is on disability because he can barely walk. He has muscular dystrophy or something like that. Anyways, smartest guy I know. He cant do much physical work, but he has decdied to open a recording studio. He is not letting his condition get in the way.

One last thing. I was a bill collector for ten years. Everyone has been spot on. If you call me and willing to work out arrangementa even if 10 bucks a month, I can work with you. If you go into hiding and make me track you down, and I can and will, I was one of the best in my company, I wi have no mercy and will come after you.

If this was a loan from a private institution I would tell you that they probably would be more lenient with you and depending on amount probably not seek a garnishment avainst you. Too expensive for them to do that in court. However, we are talking about your state government. They will take your taxes and disability and pay too. Dont believe me??? Im in middle of fighting Ohio on a tax issue, havent got my state taxes in three years. When it is resolved will get that money back. My point is they can and will come after you. Call tomorrow. Tell them what you can afford. Send them the money and everything will be fine.

G.Anthony that was what I had to do as well. I went in at midnight so I didn't stay on here although I did get up once and just checked the thread. This is an unfortunate turn the country has taken that's been accelerated the last few years. I have no problem with some of the programs out there but unfortunately many are looking for a hand out not a hand up to propel them to something better.

To the OP if you're not cut out for driving there are many other jobs out there. Go to work and pay the debt back and contribute to society. You never did say your age but I'd guess you're in your 20's. It's absolutely ridiculous to say you'll be on disability when the real problem is you don't want to work. Being lazy is not a disability it's a choice and one you should not be rewarded for. The minor crap you whined about is very insignificant compared to the everyday aches and pains the majority of the taxpayers have that wind up paying for your type. To me you're on the same level as a thief and I don't care for thieves.

How are you getting disability soon if you haven't even been tested yet to see if you have this miraculous condition? As a general rule disability requires a diagnosis from a doctor and although sometimes it doesn't seem like it web MD doesn't count.
